Bella Marr
I didn’t think too much about the saying “A picture is worth a thousand words” growing up, but more and more I’ve found it to be true. Through my works I am trying to express concepts, phrases, and feelings. I am inspired by topics that make you think because everyone is wired so diversely that most people will always interpret a picture differently. I never really go into a piece and have it come out the way I pictured it to begin. Constantly, I am changing bits and pieces throughout as I am changing my perspective on whatever idea I based the piece off of. I don’t typically stay in one area of work, I like to branch out and try as many mediums as I can. As a freshman at Philomath High School, I hope my ideas continue to branch out as I grow as a person and as an artist.
