Nick and Erin recently moved to the Philomath area and have established a working studio in their barn.
Nick is a professional machinist and has always been drawn to metal work from an early age. His artwork focuses on metal casting and machining, he uses the Philomath natural environment as his inspiration.
His process includes CAD modeling and 3-D printing objects to create a mold, and then he works with copper, aluminum, and other metals to cast realistic models of local geographic landmarks such as Mary's peak and Mt. Hood, kitchen items and other widgets.

Erin has taken several drawing courses over the past several decades and has found pastel chalks to be her medium of choice for composing her artwork. She often uses floral arrangements as the focus of her drawings but also enjoys drawing the human form.
Erin also recently started experimenting with dried flower jewelry and likes to create abstract designs using dried flowers from her garden.
